Tour de Cure, 2026
In one day over 4,000 Americans will be diagnosed with diabetes, adding to the 40 million living with this terrible disease.
In 2026, we will be bicycling 415+ miles from Niagara Falls to Buffalo to Albany to raise money for the Tour de Cure.

More Information
The official Capital Region Tour de Cure is 6/13 in Ballston Spa. Some of us will be riding in person as a warm-up ride. The following day, the three of us take our Trek Checkpoint bicycles on the train from Albany to Niagara Falls. NY. We start the 415 mile ride by crossing into Canada at the Rainbow Bridge and then back into the US at the Peace Bridge into Buffalo. From there we ride to Erie Canal mile marker 0 at Canalside, and then along the Empire State Trail to Corning Preserve in Albany. We'll be carrying our gear and staying in motels along the way. We have several points of interest planned, and we hope to try the local cuisine along the way. Did you know there was an Albany specific food?
Although 100% of donations received by this ride support the American Diabetes Tour de Cure, this is a privately organized ride.
